This 4th edition of the European Development Days (EDD) will bring together major players from all over the world for debates on aid and development. Covering themes on climate change, energy efficiency, democracy, and the global recession, the conference will offer insight into Europe's role as well as the progress made across developing countries.

This year's event, held in Stockholm, is a chance for journalists to report first-hand while making top-level contacts and gaining useful background information.

Backed by the EC EuropeAid Co-operation Office, the European Journalism Centre is holding an intensive three-day briefing for EU journalists during the EDD. Specifically tailored for audiovisual media, this briefing features official EDD sessions and exclusive in-depth briefings.
