With a view in the approaching accession of Bulgaria and to learn more about its preparedness to join the EU club, the European Journalism Centre and DG Enlargement of the European Commission are organising this seminar. After two days of specialised briefings in Brussels, participants will travel to Sofia for a first-hand experience of the country's challenges and achievements. The final selection of participants is made by the relevant Directorate General of the European Commission.
