The seminar focuses on the Iceland's accession negotiation to the European Union, and the programme not only gives an introduction to the EU institutions and its decision-making mechanisms, but also includes the attendance to the Accession Conference which will be held on 30 March. The participants are expected to arrive on 28th March, and leave Brussels on 31st March.
