The European Journalism Centre will organise, in cooperation with the Directorate General Economic and Financial Affairs of the European Commission, an information briefing for business journalists from the EU new Member States.

The briefing will take place in Brussels and Frankfurt and will focus on the latest developments and current challenges facing the long-term success of the European Monetary Union, the enlargement of the euro area and key themes of economic and financial policies.
