At the initiative of EuropeAid Co-operation Office, the European Journalism Centre is organising a programme of seminars focusing on the hot issues of external cooperation aiming to provide journalists from EU-27 with background knowledge and contacts about key policy issues and examples from the field.

The next seminar will include in-depth briefings in Lisbon on the occasion of the European Development Days (EDD) on 7-9 November. This major event will include high-level officials from EU Member States, partner governments, international organisations and all other key actors in the field. Discussions will focus on the implications of climate change on cooperation between the EU and its developing country partners. The EDD are an initiative of the Directorate-General for Development.
